You could say that mortgages are a family business for Team Montani’s Scott Neal — his mother is an experienced underwriter. Scott began his career inputting loans, and learned about the lending industry from the ground up.

As a loan processor, Scott’s straightforward, problem-solving approach comes in handy as he deals with nearly every aspect of the financing process — from coordinating with underwriting and closing to sending out commitments and acting as the borrower’s main point of contact.
