Kelly Gioia - Production Manager

Over the last decade, Kelly Gioia has honed her professional skills in a variety of positions. What they all had in common was a focus on the highest level of service to customers.

”Growing up in a family business, customer service has always been part of my life,“ says Kelly, a Monmouth County native. ”Going the extra mile is what I do, and that’s why I enjoy being a part of Team Montani. They set the bar very high when it comes to customer relationships.“

Since joining GMH Mortgage Services LLC as a sales assistant in 2007, Kelly’s responsibilities have increased to mirror her growing industry expertise. As Team Montani’s production manager, her role touches on every aspect of the mortgage process – from coordinating the opening of new files to reviewing all approvals and commitments, confirming income and SS# verifications, and keeping the team’s loan officers and processors up to date via weekly status meetings.
