Janice Pierce - Loan Processor

As a loan officer for more than five years, Janice Pierce got to know the mortgage industry inside and out. Today, as processor to Team Montani, she puts that knowledge to work behind the scenes – coordinating files and overseeing closings for the team`s loan officers so they can maximize the time they spend with customers. Janice’s main responsibility is processing the client’s mortgage file, which includes verifying information, ordering reports, gathering documents and more. She works with borrowers to ensure they understand every aspect of getting their mortgage, from explaining what the legal wording on documents really means to helping borrowers meet lending conditions in full and on time so they can close on schedule. Janice is the main contact for virtually everyone involved with a mortgage closing, from title companies and attorneys to realtors and appraisers to the borrowers themselves. Known for being extremely detail-oriented, Janice enjoys the fast pace of the mortgage industry. “There’s always something new to learn, and I find it personally very satisfying to help our customers and colleagues meet their financial and personal goals.”
