That's why, in addition to ongoing financial and volunteer support, Team Montani also donates $50 from every completed loan to one of the following charities chosen by its customers:
American Cancer Society
Through research, education, advocacy, and service, the American Cancer Society and its many talented volunteers are dedicated to preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing the suffering of patients and their families. The sponsorship of a sold-out Lakewood Blue Claws game raised over $22,000 for the fight against cancer. Team Montani and GMH Mortgage Services LLC are now in training for the upcoming Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraising walk in Point Pleasant. www.cancer.org
Shrewsbury Police Department
With 15 full-time officers covering a 2.3 square-mile area, Team Montani's local Police Department works hard to ensure the safety and security of local residents, employees, and their families and friends throughout the borough. Team Montani's fundraising resulted in the increased protection of two SPD officers with the purchase of two new bulletproof vests.

The Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties
The Food Bank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties is the largest non-profit food and nutrition education resource in the metropolitan area. Through its network of more than 750 programs, the food bank distributes millions of pounds of food each year, and educates local residents on critical hunger, poverty and nutrition issues. GMH Mortgage Services LLC volunteers collect food and monetary donations to assist the Food Bank, and donate their time to organize and pack food for distribution.

American Heart Association
From educational programs and support groups to research initiatives, the American Heart Association's mission is a critical one — to reduce disability and death from cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Annual donations from GMH Mortgage Services LLC help the AHA continue vital programs for patient education and prevention of heart disease.

Blood Drive
The Central Jersey Blood Center is committed to providing safe and affordable transfusion-related products and services to patients, and to increase awareness of the importance of life-saving blood donations. Twice each year, the center's Mobile Blood Unit makes a well-publicized appearance at GMH Mortgage Services LLC to raise awareness and collect critical blood donations.

Dottie's House
This transitional facility in Ocean County provides second-stage housing for survivors of domestic violence — both adults and children. Dottie's House also offers support services to build self-esteem and establish economic independence. Donations from the GMH Mortgage Services LLC team have supported much-needed holiday events for the residents and their families.
